If you want to change Aero Glass frame you must:
Right Mouse Button on destkop -> Personalize -> Windows Color and Apperance -> Open classic apperance properties for more color options. In new window click to Advanced and select Active Window Border and here we change frame size (default 4). Click Apply and click close window. On screenshot I click 25 and this is nice look.
